Breakfast Options

  • Continental Breakfast – Selection of cereals and muesli, Gourmet yoghurt – Mango or Passionfruit, Fresh in season fruit platter, Freshly baked croissants, Pastries, Toast and preserves
  • Cooked Breakfast – All the Continental options plus Eggs any way you like them, Bacon, Sausage and pan fried Italian style tomatoes
  • Specials change daily but include Omelette, FrenchToast with Maple Syrup and Fresh fruit, Waffles, Kedgeree, Corn fritter stack
  • Complimentary fruit juice, freshly brewed coffee and a selection of teas

Breakfast charges apply for Chalet guests – $15.00 per person – Continental Breakfast or $ 20.00 per person – Full Cooked Breakfast 
Dinner, Picnic baskets and Lunch available on request subject to availability

Family Style Summer Dinner Menu

  • Fresh homemade Pasta served with a tomato and fresh basil sauce and a grating of parmesan cheese
  • Peanut satay honey Pork served on Singapore style noodles
  • Pan seared Chicken breast with an apple and walnut cream sauce with seasonal veg and a fresh garden side salad
  • Oven roasted Fish parcel with capers, lemons and potatoes. Served with a green side salad
  • Pan roasted Lamb served with minted peas and crushed new potatoes
  • Ice Cream Trio – Selection of three local favourites
  • Selection of NZ Cheese and biscuits served with relish and chutney
  • Homemade chocolate hot pot served with cream or ice cream
  • Complimentary glass of local wine with dinner
